Offsite building. Let’s bust a few myths.
We get it. Some people are still a little sceptical about offsite building.
Is it as good? Do I get less choice? Is faster code for cutting corners?
Fair questions. But a lot of what people think they know about offsite building is pretty outdated.
So, we thought we’d bust a few myths.
Myth 1: Offsite means less choice.
Nope. Start with one of our plans, then personalise it to suit you.
You still get to make it your home.
Myth 2: Faster means cutting corners.
Actually, it means cutting inefficiency. Everything happens in one place.
Trades can move between builds, materials are on hand and nobody is losing half a day driving across town because something was forgotten.
Myth 3: Bad weather means delays.
Not in our yard.
Rain, wind or frost outside, we keep building because with so many builds in one yard, you can be pretty confident we’ll just go find some indoor work.
Myth 4: Offsite isn’t greener.
Think fewer vehicles travelling to site.
Fewer individual deliveries, smarter use of materials and less waste.
Building everything in one place is simply more efficient and better for our planet.
Myth 5: Building a home is complicated.
It doesn’t need to be.
Have your land. Choose your plan. Personalise it if you want. We build it. We deliver it.
And if finance is the bit you’re unsure about, we can point you in the right direction there too.
Less travel. Less waste. Fewer delays. More control. Offsite isn’t a compromise. It’s a better way to build.
